Croxton Gray Commercial Properties’ associates are highly qualified to assist Sellers in establishing the value – “asking price”- for a property. The firm tracks commercial sales in the marketplace and provides market comparables to the Seller to support the recommended value of a given property.

Market conditions (economic cycles, property segment/type, etc.) greatly affect a property’s value. Croxton Gray’s associates understand the different market segments – office, retail, land, industrial, investment -- and can readily discuss these conditions as they relate to property value, days on market, etc.

Seller Advocacy

Croxton Gray’s associates are not attorneys; however, the firm does assist Sellers in document preparation and serves as a liaison with the Seller’s attorney, advising the client as to business terms most advantageous to the Seller’s interests. In short, the Croxton Gray associate is the Seller’s advocate throughout the entire sales process, from Letter of Intent, through sales negotiations, to closing. Sometimes surprises may occur along the way, but the professionals at Croxton Gray Commercial Properties are well equipped to guide each client through the sometimes challenging myriad of obstacles inherent in most commercial transactions, bringing the transaction to a successful close.
