The Buyer, Revolution Properties, LLC was represented by Jon Good of NAI Earle Furman. In conjunction with the sale of the office building, John and Dave also represented the same entity as the Buyer in a subsequent transaction as 110 Williams, LLC reinvested its equity here locally through a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange with the acquisition of an income producing investment property located at 1185 Holland Road in Simpsonville. The Seller of the Holland Road property was Peter Couchell, also of NAI Earle Furman.

Harry Croxton and Dave Watrous of Croxton Gray Commercial properties facilitated the lease of 1,943 SF of office space in Unit A of the neighborhood shopping center located at 430 Haywood Road. The owners, KRKS Investments, LLC recently acquired the property as an investment through Croxton Gray and they have invested in a significant renovation to improve the building on site. The improvements were critical to attracting the new tenant, Ambassador Staffing, who is relocating from another location in town to be in this center.

Dave Watrous and John Gray facilitated the short-term ground lease of 300 Scuffletown Road between the land owner and tenant for the temporary sales office and pre-opening activities of the new Sports Club at Woodruff and Scuffletown road. John Gray and Harry Croxton of Croxton Gray Commercial Properties represented the Purchaser, Woodruff at Tanner, LLC, in the purchase of .85 acres at the intersection of Woodruff and Tanner Roads. The Seller, Select Commercial realty, LLC, was represented by Randall Bentley of Bentley Commercial. The Purchaser intends to develop the parcel for a retail shopping center.
