Dave Watrous joined Croxton Gray Commercial Properties in May of 2006 following a ten-year career with an international fortune 200 company where he contributed to their civil engineering, site selection, and sales efforts across a variety of business lines. Since earning his real estate license and joining our team, Dave has been focused on supporting his clients to locate and negotiate the purchase and sale of income producing investment properties, development projects, and industrial sites, as well as through site selection consulting. Dave’s analytical background, business acumen and global business experience, matched with his warm personality and drive for success make him invaluable to his clients and a critical element of our team.
By working toward his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation to further enhance his skills, Dave is able to blend the best elements of his diverse background with the latest tools and trends of the commercial real estate business.
