President
Mr. Croxton is President of Croxton Gray Commercial Properties, Inc. in Greenville, South Carolina. He and his business partner, John Gray, founded the firm in January 2005 after a collective 24 years as top producers with another market-leading commercial real estate firm. He is actively involved in all segments of the real estate market including listing, sales, development, and consulting for office, retail, and investment properties. In 2006, CoStar named Mr. Croxton one of the top 10 "Power Brokers" for the Greenville/Spartanburg/Anderson region.
While Mr. Croxton has been involved in all facets of the real estate business, his primary focus is the sale, leasing, and development of retail properties. Recent transactions include some of the most significant retail developments in Upstate South Carolina, one being The Shops at Greenridge - a 700,000 SF retail and lifestyle center at the convergence of Woodruff Road and I-385/I-85 in Greenville, South Carolina.
