Mr. Gray is Broker in Charge with Croxton Gray Commercial Properties, Inc. in Greenville, South Carolina. He and his business partner, Harry Croxton, founded the firm in January 2005 after a collective 24 years as top producers with another market-leading commercial real estate firm. He is actively involved in all segments of the real estate market including listing, sales, development, and consulting for office, retail, and investment properties. In 2006, CoStar named Mr. Gray one of the top 10 "Power Brokers" for the Greenville/Spartanburg/Anderson region.
In recent years the majority of his business has been that of representing corporate clients and local investors on their investment properties. This has included the sale of several major offi ce parks, retail centers, apartment complexes and other numerous offi ce and retail transactions. He also has successfully completed a wide variety of tenant representation services for companies such as Inter-tel Technologies, Cass Information Systems, Aaron Rents, and others.
Mr. Gray takes a long-term approach in his business and is not a transaction oriented broker, but conversely, is intent on building relationships with his clients to further enhance the profi tability of those whom he serves.
