Tara Leary
Property Manager
Tara Leary joined the Croxton Gray team in October 2008 as Property Manager within the company's Property Management Division. A native of Beaufort, SC, Tara holds several professional designations ranging from the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CSP (Certified New Home Specialist) and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist).
She has been an active member of the community since moving to Greenville in 1993, serving as Community Impact Chair of the Greenville Junior League; Volunteer Coordinator for SCAR's (South Carolina Association of Realtors) 2007 build for Habitat for Humanity; and GGAR's (Greater Greenville Association of Realtors) Legislative and Affordable Housing Committee. The proud mother of six-year old twins, Georgia and Garrett, Tara is a member of Greer's First Presbyterian Church. In her spare time she enjoys reading, running and volunteering.
Tara's primary responsibilities include:
- Monthly financial reporting including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, General Ledger, Rent Roll, Lease Summary, Bank Reconciliation, and Tenant receivables aging schedule.
- Approval and payment of property invoices, taxes and mortgages
- Tenant care and retention
- Oversight of renovations, rehabilitations and related services
- Obtaining of competitive bids for contracts and special projects
- Weekly site visits
- Lease Administration
- Cooperating with brokerage arm of Croxton Gray for marketing vacant space as well as renewal of existing tenants.
